T’nalak is the abaca ikat weaving of Tboli people from the Mindanao island in the southern Philippines. Our guest speaker, Craig Diamond, is a collector and avid proponent of Philippine textile arts. In this talk, he focuses on the usages of t’nalak and their various patterns and significances.
